• More than thirty years of professional IT and sourcing experience
• Extensive experience in varied sectors including financial services, manufacturing, consumer products, healthcare, automotive and energy services industries
• Successful client engagements sponsored by CIO and COO Services including infrastructure, cloud computing, network, end user, HR, and finance services sourcing programs resulting in more consistent service delivery models, optimized cost structures and transformed environments
• Domain expertise ranging from $50M to $5,600M with most deals in the $300-500M range with 200-500 in-scope resources
• Global experience including relocation to Indonesia as hub for extended Asia-Pacific activities in Singapore, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Australia, and New Zealand and subsequent extended trips to assist clients in the United Kingdom and Switzerland
• Comprehensive, practitioner-based IT knowledge, a results-based approach, and the ability to effectively mobilize global teams to help clients meet complex, global and regional sourcing strategies
• Particularly skilled in negotiations that produce equitable results for clients and service providers
• Experienced in delivery and negotiations of cloud-based services (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and IT applications, infrastructure, network, and end-user services markets and supplier capabilities
